Warwick Mushroom Farm
Warwick is a facility of Philips Mushrooms. A third generation business, growing, packaging and marketing mushrooms. Providence served as the Engineer of Record for three large growing houses and one mulch facility.
The phased projects consisted of three large growing houses with many growing rooms and half growing rooms. Each room consists of insulated metal panels for superior growing climate for better quality mushrooms. All stages of the growing process require different temperatures. Ancillary spaces were also included for employee welfare, packing, and shipping.
