The new network operations center for ONE2ONE is a single-story, 9,000 SF facility including a new lobby, IT offices, quality control areas, administrative offices, conference rooms and a full kitchen. Design details include wood-framed roof with parallel chord pre-engineered trusses supported by Parallam girders, and lateral load resisting wood shear walls. The foundations are traditional shallow spread footings.
