Providence performed structural engineering design services for this 260,000 SF greenfield distribution center. Cold rooms included a +55 degree production room, a warehouse with varying temperatures, and a refrigeration room. Other spaces included a truck maintenance building, offices, meeting rooms, cafeteria, dock, and rail dock.

Providence also performed structural engineering design services for a 30,000 SF addition to the distribution center, including a cooler warehouse, cold dock, and maintenance garage.
