This 4-story, 53,200 SF 80-room property offers amenities including a business center, onsite beauty shop, indoor pool, exercise room, meeting/event rooms and guest laundry facilities. Design details of this stick framed hotel include a reinforced concrete rear first floor wall that is built into the grade and retains 10 feet of soil. There is a separate standalone 30’ x 60’ pool structure adjacent to the hotel. Design consisted of wood framed bearing walls with miscellaneous conventional steel framing, wood framed shear walls and shallow concrete spread footings. A retaining wall structure along the rear side of the building was built into existing sloped grade.
