Our team was chosen to be part of the design team for this 3-story, 41,000 SF, new hotel. Structural engineering services for the masonry wall bearing structure comprised of hollow core plank floors and roof. The curtain wall system is comprised of metal stud / EIFS. The structure is founded on shallow spread footings and perimeter mansards consist of light gauge metal studs, plywood decking and standing seam roof.
