Cargill, Inc. is an American privately held global corporation who brings food, agricultural, financial and industrial products to people who need them all around the world.
Providence has been providing engineering services to Cargill Meat Solutions in Wyalusing, PA since 2005. Various projects include: Cooler #7 concrete roof slab replacement, hot water storage tank replacement and re-build design, Plant #2 door additions, and evaporative condenser platform valve access framing.
After a fire destroyed the Cargill Feed Mill in Chambersburg, PA, Providence was the engineer-of-record to rebuild the 90,750 SF facility with interior structures that double the mill’s production volume while preventing future fire hazards. This project won a National Eagle Award for Excellence-in-Construction from the ABC Keystone Chapter.
