Ascend at Greenfield brings a vibrant new residential community to Lancaster County with the construction of two five-story apartment buildings totaling 311 units. Designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, the development offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with thoughtfully integrated community amenities.
Providence provided structural engineering services for the two apartment buildings, utilizing conventional wood-frame construction with shallow foundations and structural steel where required to support the architectural design.
As the first phase of a larger mixed-use residential development, the project lays the foundation for a growing community that will provide modern housing options for years to come.
