The American Automobile Association is a federation of motor clubs throughout North America. AAA is a non-profit member service organization.
Structural engineering services were provided for the construction of a 28,000 SF, 2-story addition to the existing building. Framed with fire-retardant treated, pre-engineered wood roof trusses with standing seam metal roofing and steel framing, the exterior building walls are light gage curtain walls with brick veneer. Lateral stability is provided by steel braced frames and moment frames. The partial basement has reinforced Ivany block walls.
