Rise on Meridian
Rise on Meridian is a new 306,000 SF mixed-use community located in Indianapolis.
The building contains 253 multifamily units as well as ground-floor retail, community lounge, fitness amenity spaces and a parking garage. The building also includes a roof deck lounge, an internal courtyard with swimming pool, pool deck, trellises, synthetic activity lawn and planters on the podium level.
The project consists of a five-story residential building over a cast-in-place concrete podium designed using post-tensioned concrete. The building includes market-rate studio, one and two-bedroom units. The upper levels include wood-framed construction with fire-rated floor and roof assemblies as well as “non-combustible” FRT wood exterior wall framing.
