Logisticenter at Route 33
The Greater Lehigh Valley is exploding with growth, with manufacturing and distribution centers leading the way.
Providence was the Structural Engineer of Record for the design of a new 475,000 SF speculative manufacturing/distribution center with 36 foot clear height and wide column bay spacing to provide layout flexibility for tenants. The design includes structural steel framed roofs utilizing joist and joist girders with steel roof deck. Perimeter building walls and exterior shear walls are load bearing concrete tilt-wall panels on shallow concrete spread footings. The floor is an industrial concrete slab-on-ground.
