Taylor’s Lane
Taylor’s Lane is a 1.2M SF warehouse building, expandable to 1.5M SF, offering modern leasing opportunities for logistics and distribution companies. The facility features a cross-dock layout, with dock doors on the north and south sides, and office areas positioned at the corners.
Taylor’s Lane was delivered to the owner in two design-build phases, with Providence Engineering serving as the prime design firm for the project.
The building’s construction utilizes pre-cast concrete wall panels and a steel-framed roof structure, consisting of open web joists, joist girders, and tube steel columns. Shallow spread footings were designed for the foundations, with a conventional concrete floor slab-on-ground. An ESFR sprinkler system is installed throughout the building, and rooftop heating units provide heating and ventilation.
