The Edison at Gordon Square
The Edison at Gordon Square is a multifamily community on the shore of Lake Erie.

Providence Engineering provided structural design services for 300 market-rate units on a former industrial site on the shore of Lake Erie. This project included design for 290,000 SF including townhouse apartments, carriage houses, and four wood-framed apartment buildings. A clubhouse, tuck-under garages and a pool facility were also designed. The original wall of an old industrial building was reused as an exterior wall for a new site structure.
