With 6 different footprints and a clubhouse, this 41,000 SF project included a total of 25 units varying in height from 2 to 3 stories. The exterior finishes of the buildings are a combination of brick veneer, EIFS, vinyl and cement board siding. Walls and floors are framed with wood, and roof construction consists of pre-engineered wood trusses.
