Central Penn Business Journal Announces 2025 Top Projects Awards

Central Penn Business Journal has selected Citrus Grove Senior Living and Safe Harbour Harbour Village to receive 2025 Top Projects awards.

Top Projects is an awards program that honors the best building and construction projects in Central Pennsylvania over a 12-month span – from January 2024 to December 2024 – in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. The awards are not only a look back at the excellent work that’s taken place in the previous year, but they also anticipate how these plans and projects potentially establish landmarks of the future.

Projects were judged on the following criteria: degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors, management and in some cases government, adaptive reuse and sustainability efforts. Winners of the 2025 Top Projects Awards were chosen by the editors of Central Penn Business Journal.

“The 2025 Top Projects are leaving a notable mark on the landscape of Central Pennsylvania. Their innovative projects feature quality design and construction in addition to creating jobs, building healthy spaces and helping businesses achieve their goals,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Central Penn Business Journal. “Central Penn Business Journal is pleased to shine a spotlight on these businesses for their outstanding achievements over the past year.”

The Top Projects Awards was presented at Central Penn Business Journal’s Real Estate & Development Summit on Oct. 21 at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel, 4650 Lindle Road in Harrisburg.
