Outdoor Country Club's Bistro on the Green
The Bistro on the Green is open to members of this private golf club to enjoy food or drinks.
The former 19th Hole was renovated into a new kitchen and dining space, and the existing snack bar kitchen was enlarged to accommodate a wood-fired pizza oven and full-service kitchen. Where CMU bearing walls were proposed to be removed, Providence designed steel transfer beams to enlarge and open the space. Roof framing was reinforced to support new rooftop units, exhaust fans and a kitchen hood. To maximize the views of the beautiful golf course, lintels in exterior walls were modified to receive larger windows.
