Harbour Village
This new residential community, developed by a non-profit organization, provides 40 affordable housing units across six buildings, totaling 50,900 square feet.
The development includes walk-up apartments, townhomes, and garden-style apartments, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, each with a front porch and private outdoor space.
Providence Engineering is providing structural engineering services for the project, which also features a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse, a 600-square-foot pavilion, a playground, and a walking trail. Sidewalks connect the community to nearby amenities, fostering accessibility and a sense of place.
Designed for sustainability, the development meets 2020 Enterprise Green Communities and DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes standards. The buildings feature Zip-R sheathing, pre-engineered wood trusses, and energy-efficient construction. Funded through LIHTC/PennHOMES, this project ensures high-quality, cost-effective housing for families.
