Dan Fichtner, P.E.
Executive Vice President - Retired
Fun Fact: After more than 40 distinguished years serving the AEC community, Dan retired in January 2020. You can still occasionally find him in the office…wearing a Hawaiian shirt.
Dan founded Providence Engineering Corporation in 1992 to provide exceptional structural engineering services to contractors, owners, architects and fabricators. He oversees our design staff and is the “solution provider.” Dan’s design experience includes foundation and steel, concrete, masonry and wood superstructure framing systems with particular expertise in constructability, means and methods, building analysis, and cold storage/food processing. He is also our design build team leader for industrial facilities.
