Fun Fact: Eric has traveled to Florida every year, for over 40 years, to visit grandparents, parents and now his daughter who attends the University of Florida. Go Gators!
As a Senior Project Manager, Eric wears many hats for Providence. Working with our registered Engineers, he provides code-study and building design work for many of our large projects, including warehouse/food-process/cold-storage structures.
Eric also provides contract and Construction Administration services including submittal and specification preparation, coordination and review. Eric routinely assists with Quality Control, Design-Build Project Management, AutoCAD drafting and Revit modeling.
