Arizona Beverage USA needed a modern manufacturing and distribution facility to meet growing demand.
Providence Engineering provided precast concrete structural design and detailing for the Santa Fe style front facade. Along with our engineering services, we provided a 3D Building Information Model (BIM) of the 620,000 SF facility and surrounding landscape. Building elements were modeled for accurate size, shape and location within the building in order to increase coordination during construction and provide the owner with a realistic virtual representation of the building. To obtain a complete picture of the project, multiple trades were incorporated into the model.
