Mark’s structural engineering experience spans a wide variety of structures including corporate offices, universities, schools, churches, hospitals, assisted living and multi-family housing facilities utilizing structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, light gauge metal and wood. He also designs foundation systems including shallow spread footings, caissons, piles and geo-piers. Beyond traditional building design, he is involved in feasibility studies, construction cost comparisons, forensic investigations, rehabilitation, renovation, structural due-diligence reports and load capacity evaluation.
