As Director of our State College office, Jim provides technical leadership, group and project management. His extensive structural engineering experience includes the design and management of various facilities projects and other related structures, including tanks, towers, equipment supports, and foundations. Additionally, Jim’s project management skills ensure the successful completion of multiple educational, commercial, industrial, municipal, and government projects.
